The stereotypical argument against women is that they don't pay close attention, the result of a putting on makeup, constantly checking cell phones, and always playing with the radio dial looking for the new Ke$ha. The stereotypical argument against guys is that they're way too aggressive, think they're above the law, and are always trying to beat everybody in imaginary Fast and Furious race scenes. Some of these stereotypes are true, some are false. However, none of these factors can be used in determining the premiums on auto insurance deals, thanks to a new "Gender Directive" in Europe.

Basically, the courts ruled that determining charges based purely on the gender of a person is discriminatory. From now on, the prices will be calculated from driving risk factors of each driver.
