45-year-old Cornelio Garcia-Mata of Guadalupe County, Texas recently woke up into the worst hangover of his life. After blowing a .446 on a breathalyzer (more than six times the legal limit) a judge sentenced him to life in prison following a DWI arrest late last February. Of course, this isn't his first offense, Garcia-Mata has seven prior DWI convictions, which is really kind of astonishing considering he hasn't killed anyone yet. He'll be eligible for parole in 30 years.
