People throw around the "worst free throw attempt" claim quite often. Hell, we're even guilty of it. But after witnessing this absolutely lousy shot (should we even call it that?!) by Brian Okam of Appalachian State, we feel no shame in declaring this the hands down, worst free throw attempt ever!
Hey Brian, look on the bright side: If you don't make it to the NBA, everyone will still know your name... even if it is for all the wrong reasons.
