Drinking and riding your bike is ridiculously awesome irresponsible behavior, but who are we to judge? If that's your kind of thing, may we suggest the "Handlebar Minibar" project on Kickstarter, offering a space in the handlebar for two 5ml vials of your favorite poison. Although even if you downed both vials it would still only amount to about a 1/3 of an ounce of alcohol (which really isn't enough to have an effect on the most lightweight of drinkers), the containers can be used for holding pretty much anything from cash, to cigarettes.
