Bill Laimbeer cherished the "annoying" tag. He constantly got under opponents' skin, especially Jordan's Bulls. He played a major role in the "Jordan Rules," constantly putting MJ on his ass. Laimbeer was the head bully on those Pistons teams, always making sure Isiah Thomas and Joe Dumars had protection. He took cheap shots on the reg and didn't care who was looking. His schtick worked, as Bill and his Detroit teammates often won battles against legends like Magic, Bird and Jordan.
