The 2012-13 NBA season is here and some teams made last minute moves to strengthen their rosters. The Houston Rockets added James Harden to their backcourt (and paid him handsomely for it) to play alongside Jeremy Lin. The Rockets finally got their star, but it was their acquisition of Lin that originally put Houston in the headlines. They stole him from the New York Knicks with a 3-year, $25 million contract with a $14 million third year.
Even the reckless Knicks felt like that was too rich for their blood and decided to bring Raymond Felton back. Lin saved the New York's season last year as well as Mike D'Antoni's job (if only for a second). He struggled during the preseason as Houston's main attraction, but turned out a decent performance during his official debut on Halloween vs. the Pistons. Much was said about his contract and all the hoopla surrounding him. Some folks feel like the Knicks were stupid for letting him go, while others never understood what all the fuss was about. With the season underway we decided to see if J-Lin is overrated. Check out our 2012-13 NBA Point Guard Rankings.
