Working with a Time Machine Restoration Team, co-writer and producer of Back to the Future Bob Gale has taken on the task of restoring the original DeLorean time machine. The team has been working on stripping the frame, cleaning, and re-building it while tracking down every last part, down to the wires to get the iconic ride back to on-screen state. Once completed the DeLorean time machine will be put on display at Universal Studios. See a video of Bob Gale explaining the restoration process below:
