Earlier tonight, the Magic cheerleaders were performing a routine during halftime of the Knicks/Magic game when one of the young ladies on the cheerleading team went up into the air to stand on the shoulders of a male cheerleader, lost her balance, and fell on her head. The game was delayed for a few minutes while she was attended to and, eventually, she was wheeled off the court on a stretcher:
She waved to the crowd when she was brought off the floor, so the stretcher seems like it was a precautionary measure. But, we really hope she's okay. We never want to see anyone get hurt on the basketball court, especially the cheerleaders.
