23. Bernard King

If you average over 20 points in your first two seasons in the NBA, you are putting the league on notice that a new star has arrived. Over the span of his career King picked up 4 All-Star appearances, a scoring title in '85, and a pair of NBA First Team selections. He blew out his knee in '85, causing him to miss the entire '85-'86 season. King made one last hoorah during the 1991 season, as he went on to average 28.4 points per game and made his last All-Star appearance. The King of NY is the godfather to Carmelo Anthony's style. Bernard should be in the Hall.
