In Europe (well, in many countries where small cars are the norm), kooky names get badged on little vehicles. VW, for example, labels its Mini competitor "Up!" The little wonder, Car & Driver reveals, won't win you respect in a drag race. It will, however, transport you from A to B with a certain graceful honesty.
Honestly, sometimes that is all we're looking for. And, more reason we're a little upset the "Up!" won't be hitting U.S. soil in the immediate future. Little cars are on our minds and slowly piercing our hearts. We would not mind options.
