Steve Jobs' Yacht Revealed

'Venus,' designed by Philippe Starck, is controlled by iMacs.

Philippe Starck and Steve Jobs designed Venus to match the Apple boss' "clutterfree" philosophy. Jobs never saw the yacht complete, as it has only now made its first appearance in the Dutch port city of Aalsmeer.

Built by Feadship, Venus is controlled by a series of 27" iMacs and features the same famous curtain glass walls we've come to love at Apple stores world wide. Jobs, wanting to maintain the brand aesthetic, even went so far as to have special glass prepared that would meet the structural demands. The hull of the vessel is made entirely of aluminium.
