Yesterday, we told you about how Kobe Bryant came out recently and ripped Smush Parker (yes, again!) for being one of the worst teammates that he ever had. And, as it turns out, that feeling is mutual. Shortly after KB24's comments became public, Smush Parkerdid an interview with Hard 2 Guard Radio and responded to Kobe's comments.

"I'm lost for words," he said. "It makes me blush. For my name to still come out of that man's mouth? It makes me blush."

He also went on the describe his experience with the Lakers as "overrated," while being careful not to knock Kobe too hard.

"People ask me how it was playing with Kobe Bryant," he said. "I said in 2008 that it was an overrated experience. You can't knock the man's legacy, you can't knock what he's done in basketball. His work ethic is tremendous. There's not an ounce of hate in my blood whatsoever. The guy can play basketball…What I don't like about him is the man that he is, his personality, how he treats people. I don't like that side of Kobe Bryant."

And, finally, he shared a story to illustrate how Kobe treated him during his time with the team.

"Midway through the first season, I tried to at least have a conversation with Kobe Bryant," he said. "He is my teammate, he is a co-worker of mine, I see his face everyday I go into work. And, I tried to talk with him about football. He tells me I can't talk to him. He tells me I need more accolades under my belt before I come talk to him. He was dead serious."

Sounds like these two had an amazing work relationship, huh? Ha. We wonder if Kobe will respond to Smush's latest round of quotes. Normally, we'd say no. But, for whatever reason, he still loves to bring his name up at least once a year, so who knows? Guess we'll see soon. For now, go listen to the rest of Parker's interview here.
