If there is one notion that we've firmly established here in the Rides section, it's that Russian drivers have absolutely no regard for the rules of the road. So, it comes as no surprise that Russian online newspaper The Village decided to put some of these drivers on blast with an app called "Parking Douche." The app allows users to take a picture of a poorly parked vehicle, posting the license plate number, car type, and color as a pop-up ad on their webpage, visible only to readers within a certain proximity of the offending vehicle. The app has won a ton of awards and is hopefully causing drivers to take more consideration in how they park.
