The latest bit of Florida ratchetry involves a case of road rage gone wrong for a Mr. Jason Espeland of Boca Raton. The story begins when the unnamed driver of a Lincoln Navigator cut Espeland off in traffic. In response, Espeland repeatedly rammed his Hyundai Accent into the rear of the Navigator, then tried to flee, only to be followed and confronted in a parking lot by the other driver. He eventually got his ass kicked into the fetal position, but only after having thrown the initial blows, leaving him charged with aggravated assault and simple assault. There's a lesson here, we're sure, but we're too busy laughing at his mugshot to figure it out.
