It's not really a full convertible, but the new Citroën DS3 Cabrio certainly knows how to drop its top. Or, slide it all the way to the back, at least. Just like the Fiat 500C, the Cabrio's pillars and windows stay put, while the cloth top folds up and back in 16 seconds. The car finally made its first in-person debut at the Paris Motor Show. Under the hood of the DS3, consumers will have an 82hp three-cylinder engine with a small turbo. A 92hp turbodiesel will also be an option.
