American Alfisti (the world Alfa Romeo fans use to describe themselves) finally have some real evidence of their favorite brand's return to this country. For over a decade we have been hearing news of Alfa Romeo making a return to the North American market, but like Dr. Dre's Detox, it keeps getting delayed, much to the annoyance of  everyone.

But now, as French website Unica Strada has shown, there has been a sighting of the US bound 4C. It's the first piece of evidence that wasn't simply an ambiguous piece of loose scheduling from an Italian executive.

The ultra lightweight (under 2,000lbs), 300hp Alfa is rumored to be unveiled in production form at the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Expect it to cost from $45,000 to $55,000.
