The fact that somebody lent a friend his Lamborghini Gallardo is almost more shocking than the fact that the friend ended up crashing the supercar. The video report conflicts the actual text of the article, but the driver was either 20 or 21 and was zipping around with a 19-year-old passenger, who suffered a broken leg, when he hit a taxi and a pole. The driver Will Shao was trapped in the car for two hours and went to the hospital following the accident. The taxi driver was treated for shock. Twenty-three-year-old Brendon An owned the car, and said he wasn't worried about the LP 550-2, which was a gift from his family in China, just that his friend was okay.
