Leicestershire Police recently posted this video in an attempt to catch the jackass that decided to kick a city traffic warden in the head in Braunstone Gate, Leicester. It's unclear what type of ticket the warden was issuing, but the man receiving the ticket clearly disagreed. After bumping the warden a few times and a couple failed attempts to stop the situation, the guy steps back and kickboxes the warden right in the head, knocking him out. If you live in the UK and saw this happen, do everybody a favor and speak up.
