If you're going to attempt the old pretend to be hit by a car scam, it would be best if you didn't suck at it, the car didn't have a running dash-cam, and the driver wasn't a police officer. This Taiwanese kid didn't seem to know any of this. According to the YouTube poster, this is what was said:

girl gets up and looks so innocent.
driver : don't you know that I'm a cop?
girl : okay..I'll pay..
