You can blame the replacement referees for a lot of things through the first two weeks of the 2012-13 NFL season. But, you can't blame them for this.

With the Redskins trailing the Rams 31-28 at the end of a game last night, Robert Griffin III put Washington into field goal position with a third-down pass to his wide receiver Josh Morgan. But, Morgan got into a brief altercation with Rams cornerback Cortland Finnegan (remember him?) after the play. And, instead of just walking away, he did the one thing that he absolutely could not do at that point in the game—and his team paid the price for it.
