Car & Driver's very unscientific study showed that a person who is texting is significantly less likely to react in time to a dangerous road condition than a drunk. As such, a lot of morons get themselves and their passengers killed because they just had to say "OMG ROFL" this very moment.
We're just saying that this guy, with his almost complete lack of safety gear and his cell phone is probably the most likely person on the road right now to end up as an asphalt smear.
