Just how quickly? Consider this, Porsche believes its new Macan, a crossover built on the same platform as the Audi Q5, will sell close to 75,000 out the box. That's 40% of the brand's volume.
The Macon, named after an Indonesian tiger, will likely come in three variants. Most importantly, production of the car will create 1,000 new jobs.
