Laguna Beach is home to some of the best hills and smoothest concrete in California, making the neighborhood an ideal destination for downhill skaters. Police in the area seem to be have an issue with the fact and have enacted a new ordinance that will allow them to confiscate skateboards from riders without a helmet. While we're all for safe riding practices, we can't help but wonder what they'll do with all the skateboards they're surely soon to amass. Maybe a skate division of the Laguna Beach Police Department?
