The Complex NFL Power Rankings, Week 4

32. Cleveland Browns

Record: 0 - 3
Last Week's Rank: 30
Last Week's Results: L vs. Bills, 14-24
This Week: @ Ravens, 8:20 Thursday

It looks like it's going to be another long year in Cleveland. The Browns fall to 0-3 and lost nine straight dating back to last year as they failed to build on a solid performance last week. Rookie QB Brandon Weeden had a decent game with 237 and a touchdown, but he threw two interceptions in the final four minutes as he tried to make something happen. Cleveland plays the Ravens next Thursday in what should be loss number four, unless the replacement refs want to do them a solid. —Angel Diaz
