Benjamin McClellan, a trucker, decided that he was done paying New York City's multitude of tolls a while ago. About $25,000 ago, to be precise. He was arrested after driving straight through a toll booth without paying. He also was driving on a suspended license for failing to pay a traffic ticket.
The man's an idiot.
