Introduced at this year'sEuroBike was the first real competition to the widely recognized Gates Carbon Drive system from Continental Tires, who alongside bicycle tires, also currently produce car and motorcycle engines. Expect to see the aramid fiber reinforced belts on the market in 2013 with a deeper tooth profile and smaller cogs than the Gates system.
