NBC 26 Today in Green Bay, like everyone else in the area, were mad at the outcome of Monday night's game and rightfully so. But instead of leaving one of the 70,000 voicemail messages on Roger Goodell's phone, they were a little more crafty. When the weather segment came up on Tuesday morning, the station decided to use a “replacement weather guy” and the results were as effective as the actual replacement refs... if you catch our drift.
