Steve Blake seems like he's a relatively smart dude. He went to the University of Maryland for four years, and he's been helping run the Lakers offense for a couple years now, proving that there are clearly some brain cells inside of his head. So, how the hell did he manage to injure his left foot just a couple weeks before the start of training camp by doing this?

Blake was walking in a parking lot recently when he accidentally stepped on a spike strip and suffered a puncture wound to his foot. Yes, you read that right. He stepped on a spike strip—one of those large, hard-to-miss strips that are routinely used to prevent cars from entering parking lots through an exit. And, as a result, he's now going to be sidelined for close to a month.

C'mooooooon, man. What a stupid move.
