Introducing the world to it's first entirely glow-in-the-dark skatepark, Korean artist Koo Jeong-A recently erected a sculpture called OTRO in the Limousin region of France. The sculpture, built from scratch and painted by the artist, while visually stunning, encourages you to actually get in and ride, promising an even more surreal experience.
