The Owner of the Brooklyn Nets Refers to the Owner of the New York Knicks As "That Little Man"

Well, that didn't take long. Even though the Broonlyn Nets haven't played a single game in New York City yet, they're already throwing shots at their new crosstown rivals, the New York Knicks. During an interview for a story that's in the current issue of New York Magazine, Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov reportedly went out of his way to let it be known that he refers to Knicks owner James Dolan as "that little man."

"Prokhorov told me back in November that he plans on attending a quarter of the regular-season games and 'all the playoff ones,'" NY Mag scribe Will Leitchwrites in the piece. "He also made sure that I heard him call Dolan 'that little man.'"

Oh, this will be good. Only about two months left until these two teams square off during the first game of the 2012-13 NBA season. Let the countdown begin…
