In just six days, the New York Giants will take on the Dallas Cowboys and officially kick off the 2012-13 NFL season. And, we cannot $^%&*@# wait! Neither can the G-Men, who apparently have not forgotten about what Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said earlier this summer when he told a crowd gathered at Cowboys training camp that they should "come to [Cowboys] stadium and watch us beat the New York Giants' ass." So, Giants linebacker Mathias Kiwanuka came out earlier today and delivered some well-timed ether to Jones and the 'Boys when asked if he understood why Jones wants Dallas to beat New York's ass.

"He should," Kiwanuka said. "The New York Giants have been whupping his ass for a long time. I mean, it has got to be tough on the outside looking in on all these championships lately."

Ooooooooooooooh! And, Kiwanuka didn't stop there, either.

"But, that is the feeling I feel like everybody in the league has and what they should have," he said. "Because, when you are on top, everybody should be wanting to knock you off."

We're ready for some football. Just six…more…days….
