When the Beach Boys wrote "California Girls," they were singing about Phoenix Stanna (@PhoenixStanna). Born and raised in Cali, she grew up by the ocean, made her first modeling appearance in Bodyboarding magazine, was named Miss Newport Beach USA in her hometown, and…well, you get the point. But, recently, she branched out and did a sexy shoot for Wheels and Heels that definitely caught out eye. She's still on the rise, but make sure you keep your eyes on her, too.
