Please tell us Kevin Durant isn't serious. Late last week, he debuted his cringeworthy new movie, Thunderstruck. And, we accepted it, because, well, we can't blame him for getting his Hollywood paper. But, the latest news out of KD's camp is downright disappointing. According to a Q&A he just did with the Washington Post, Durantula is seriously considering—you ready for this?—recording a rap album. Sigh. And, it sounds like he's already well on his way to doing it.

"I enjoy doing a a lot of different things," he said. "I'm talented in a lot of different areas. Rapping is one of those things I just enjoy doing…I think I'm going to do something. I have some resources and some nice people that's going to help me out. I have a studio in my house already. Maybe I might put out a little something and have a little something."

A "little something" and a "little something"? God, we hope those "somethings" don't equate to a "mixtape" and/or an "album." You haven't messed up very often during your NBA career, KD. Please don't start now!
