Clip of the Morning: Runner Fails to Clear Last Hurdle Before Finish Line; Leaves in Wheelchair

Don't laugh!

After an absolutely grueling 3,000 meter steeplechase competition, Getahun Birhun was going to end up in last place, but hey, at least he was going to finish what he started. After training for 4+ years, all he needed to do was clear one more hurdle and take solace in knowing that he all the hard work was sorta worth it. Who would've thought that his failure to make that last jump would put an abrupt end to his 2012 Summer Olympics.

After slamming into the last hurdle, the Ethiopian competitor could barely get back up on his own and eventually needed to be taken off the course on a wheelchair. Now, if you're laughing at Birhun's misfortune, where do y'all want to meet up when we all go to hell?
