Sputtering Dutch-based Spyker, once rumored for a takeover of Saab prior to the Swedish firm's demise, is getting a second wind. Thanks to hefty investment — possible takeover — from Zhejiang Lotus Youngman of China, Spyker will look to finalize production of the Saab Phoenix Concept. First, however, there are plans for a $250,000 SUV — based on the DB P2P concept. As we know from Bentley, there is a huge gap *eyebrows raised* in the high-end SUV market. Could Spyker final rise above double-digit sales with this one?
