At the end of the 1st quarter, the United States Men's Basketball team led France by a slim 22-21 margin. It looked like Team USA had some rust that needed to be shaken off. But when they did finally hit a groove, they didn't stop dominating until the final buzzer. With some solid output from Kevin Durant, who scored 22 points with 9 rebounds on 6/13 shooting and an additional 14 points out of Kevin Love, the men's squad easily defeated France, 98-71.
Now that they have the first win under their belt, the U.S. Men's Basketball Team can look to improve their record to 2-0 when they face Tunisia on Tuesday at 5:15 P.M. ET.
