Occam's Razor suggests that crashing into a mall anchor butt naked with a stolen truck in order to steal clothes might not be the most efficient way to procure new garments, but his man thought differently.
While there's no evidence (other than the obvious) to suggest it, we might have to go out on a very sturdy looking limb and say that this guy was jacked up on something. He didn't murder anybody by beating them with ox testicles though, so it probably wasn't bath salts.
