Last year rapper Missy Elliott decided to purchase a $376,000 matte white Lamborghini Aventador at an Illinois car dealership, making a down payment of $30,000 in cash, and trading in an $85,000 '05 Bentley. She's filed a lawsuit against Fox Valley Motor Cars for breach of contract as that was about six months ago and the Aventador has yet to be delivered as agreed upon in her contract with the dealership.
The dealership is apparently making the argument that the car's market value has increased in value since the purchase and won't deliver at the agreed upon price. Really classy move, Fox Valley Motor Cars.
