Let this be a lesson to all those people that like to take out their frustration on the walls at your local basketball gym. Learn from Kyrie Irving. On Saturday, Irving participated in Cavaliers' practice at Las Vegas when he let his anger get the best of him. After committing a turnover towards the end of the squad's morning session, the reigning Rookie of the Year slapped the padding on a wall at the team practice site, which resulted in Irving breaking a bone in his right hand.

Irving is expected back in Cleveland on Sunday, so he can be examined by team doctors. It is very likely that he will need to undergo surgery sometime soon, which could put the point guard's recovery time anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. The Cavaliers said in a release that Kyrie should be ready by the start of training camp in late September. So, go ahead Cavs fans and breath a sigh of relief.
