Bernie Ecclestone, the reigning overlord of Formula One, has pledged to do what he can to save Germany's famed Nurburgring, which recently filed for bankruptcy. Ecclestone offered to "bear all costs but also claim all revenues" for the F1 German Grand Prix, which is to be held at the ring next year.
Let's hope this is enough of a boost to get the 'ring back on its proverbial feet.
