With the 2012 NFL season less than two months away, why don't we whet your appetite with this brutal near decapitation out of Australia’s National Rugby League. In the clip, Dean Young of St. George Illawarra gets knocked out cold by South Sydney’s Greg Inglis. Following the hit, a brawl nearly broke out and rightfully so. Young was reportedly "heavily concussed" and needed to be placed in a neck brace before getting carted off the field. Are you now ready for some football? With pads, of course.
