BMW has announced that the company's BMW On Demand program will be undergoing a test run in New York at the BMW of Manhattan dealership. The program allows a person to walk into the dealership and rent a bimmer by the hour, day, or week.
At first the only car offered will be a 328i sedan, but BMW Financial president says the fleet makeup will "change over time."
