The result of a partnership between Volkswagen and leading musical instrument manufacturer Fender, the Volkswagen Beetle Fender Edition is a standard 200-horsepower, 2.0-liter turbocharged Beetle with a 4-cylinder engine and standard 18-inch “Disc” alloy wheels in Deep Black Metallic paint. Featuring Fender logos and a dashboard painted in a two-tone color the car is designed to resemble Fender guitars. The highlight of the collaboration, of course, is the audio system, featuring 400 watts of power, nine speakers, a subwoofer and four deluxe tweeters. The Fender edition Beetle is set to debut at this year's Leipzig Auto Show, and will be available for purchase by fall.
