The 2012 NBA Playoffs are about to come to a close (sorry, OKC fans) and this postseason has been memorable one. There have been ill dunks, buzzer-beaters, and flops. Lots of them. So many that the league's reformed "competition committee" is taking action to enforce penalties for flopping next season.
