Like your favorite cereal as a kid, the 2013 Ford Fusion comes complete with three special prizes: 39 plastic bottles, two pairs of blue jeans, and 31,250 soybeans. What, not excited? Before you think about having a trash can handy when you purchase your new car, let us explain. Underneath each seat, cushioning your back, is bio-based polyurethane foam derived from the oils of soybeans, 31,250 to be exact. The cotton jeans material is used as a sound-dampening tool, and select cloth-seat Fusion models are made out of plastic waste. Pretty cool, huh?
