This might be the only time eating ice cream was a bad idea. Stephanie Dillard has been charged with endangering her children after she left the scene of a car crash in Houston. Dillard, whose three kids were in the car at the time of crashing into a Metro bus, went straight to a local CVS, stripped off her clothes and proceeded to chow down on everybody's favorite frozen dairy treat. Police haven't released any more information about the cause of her actions, but it sure sounds like some sort of substances were involved.
