The McLaren MP4-12C, is already a very, very competent machine, but the famed British race car maker is not known for simply sitting around and enjoying success, so it's receiving a whole host of upgrades for the 2013 model year. The most noteworthy upgrade is an additional 25hp, which will bring the 3.8L turbo V8's output to a kick-ass 618hp. Also new for the McLaren is the ability to adjust exhaust settings independently of other settings, Bluetooth functionality, navigation, and a suspension lift mode for speed bumps.
Amazingly, current owners can simply take their cars to dealers to have these features retrofitted at no cost. Holy good customer relations, Batman.
