Judge Lets a Convict Off Easy on Probation Charges, so He Breaks Into Her Car

If a guy is on probation, he needs to be a very good boy and make damn sure that Santa is happy with him. Phillip Bernard of San Francisco, CA found himself before Community Court Judge Lillian Sing for violating his probation requirements. Rather than opting to send him to jail over something minor, she gave him a "stern admonishment" and sent him on his way.

Almost immediately upon his way was Judge Sing's car, which Bernard broke the window of with a weighted sock just as two beat cops rounded the corner. Bernard is going before a Superior Court judge next week and will no doubt not be treated as kindly.
