Jaguars' Justin Blackmon Arrested This Morning for "Aggravated DUI"

That was quick.

We'll just go ahead and file this one under: That sure didn't take long. Less than two months after drafting their wide receiver of the future in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars are already in damage control mode. This morning in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Justin Blackmon was arrested and taken into Payne County Jail at 10:22 AM CT on an "aggravated DUI" charge.

Now, if you know what an "aggravated DUI" charge is exactly, you may have some of explaining to do. But for those of you that aren't familiar with the term, Oklahoma law states that it applies to drivers with a .15 or higher blood alcohol level. No stranger to the DUI, Blackmon was arrested in October 2010 when the wide receiver drove his Chevy pickup north on I-35 at 92 MPH in a 60 MPH zone after attending a Dallas Cowboys game with three friends.
