California's inviting weather is not only great to visit, but is great for vehicles as well. Drivers in Cali don't deal with the cold, hard starts in the winter or any of that nasty street salt. None of that matters, however, if your well-kept car isn't in your driveway when you wake up in the morning. According to Forbes' annual list of the cities with the most stolen cars, three California cities, Fresno, Modesto, and Bakersfield, topped the list. Spoke, Wash. came in at No. 4, and Yakima, Wash. rounded out the top five.
